What reviewers think
Twenty reviews span five months with no variation from five stars. Customers consistently report Franco and Mario's crews arriving on time with full teams, moving large loads in hours, protecting fragile items and furniture through tight spaces, and quoting flat rates with no hidden fees. The same names recur across testimonials, suggesting reliable staff continuity; seniors moving and piano relocations are mentioned specifically as handled with extra patience and care.
Staff go beyond expected effort, disassembling fridges and doors to navigate obstacles, and arranging furniture in the new home as requested. The phrase "flat rate, no hidden fees" appears across multiple independent reviews unprompted, indicating pricing clarity is a selling point reviewers volunteer. No complaints surface in the sample.
