All reviewers report on-time arrival, thorough work, and reasonable rates across two-plus years of repeat service. Work ranges from snow clearing and yard clean-ups to tree removal and debris hauling, with staff using professional equipment and leaving properties clean. Customers note Elias fits them in during busy seasons and explains his work as he goes.
All six reviews praise speed, professionalism, and value. Staff arrived on time, cleared clutter quickly, and left spaces clean. One customer used them for long-distance moving from Aurora to Windsor with no damage; most others handled residential junk removal.
All six reviews are five-star. Customers praise speed, punctuality, fair pricing with no hidden charges, and a professional team that cleans thoroughly. One reviewer noted rapid turnaround on short notice.
Reviewers consistently report professional, on-time crews who call ahead and handle items with care. Staff pack efficiently to keep costs down, quote clearly upfront, and maintain polite, unhurried service even on complex jobs like hot tub removal. A minority note high prices or frustration with site-visit-only quoting. One cancellation near the end of a pickup window stands out as a service failure, though it appears isolated against overwhelmingly positive experiences across dozens of jobs.
