Zagros Movers handles residential moves with speed and professionalism. Staff arrive on time with proper equipment, pack and unload quickly, and treat belongings with care. Customers consistently praise fair pricing and a friendly team. One serious incident involved two crew members who ignored route planning instructions, damaged a refinished dining table and customer walls, and complained about their pay. The owners acknowledged damage and offered compensation, but this clash highlights tension when crew members clash with customer expectations on complex logistics.
