Every review is five stars, with reviewers consistently praising fair pricing, on-time delivery and pickup, and responsive communication from Rob. Contractors and homeowners highlight no hidden fees, honest handling of materials, and flexibility on rental terms; the standout detail is proactive driveway protection and willingness to adjust pricing when it benefits both parties. Rob's personal involvement and willingness to accommodate requests like mid-project bin extensions or material reuse sets the experience apart from typical rental companies.

Reviewers consistently report on-time arrival, careful treatment of belongings, and friendly, efficient work. Omar appears repeatedly as a crew lead praised for professionalism and positive energy. The team has handled rush jobs the same day, delivered ice coffee to clients, and completed moves without damage or surprises. No significant complaints emerge across recent feedback. The business operates in Markham, Vaughan, Thornhill, and Hamilton. Their website claims licensed, insured staff and services ranging from residential and commercial moving to garbage removal, packing, and assembly. Nearly all recent reviews name specific crew members (Omar, Alex, Adam, Slava, Alan), suggesting consistent staffing and accountability.

For five years running, most users praise reliable on-time bin delivery, fair rates, and crew friendliness. Peter and Kyle are specifically mentioned for professionalism. But one incident stands out: after a driver damaged customer property in Stouffville, the company refused to share branch details, delayed callbacks for a week, and the manager blamed the customer rather than the driver. The business protects driveways with wood cleats and handles large purges well (one customer needed six 14-yard bins over a home downsizing). Dispatch is described as excellent. Most trips go smoothly; the single serious complaint reveals gaps in accountability and communication when things go wrong.
